This stage occurs on larger projects or where a Resource Consent is required.

Plans are developed and elevations (side views) drawn to refine the design, show key dimensions and define major materials/finishes. You will receive floor plans, elevations, site plan and cross-sections and outline specification prepared using our CAD drawing software.

Engineers may be consulted at this stage for preliminary input.
